Troubleshooting Fetching Changes

If you get an error saying that Error fetching changes in zone ... :client knowledge differs from server knowledge, please do the following troubleshooting. For more information, please check Troubleshooting iCloud Sync.

iOS/iPadOS

  1. Restart your device
  2. Go to Settings (Expenses) → Sync
  3. Click Force push all data to iCloud to make sure your data is on iCloud
  4. Delele the app and reinstall it
  5. Go to Settings (Expenses) → Sync
  6. Click Force fetch all data from iCloud

macOS

  1. Restart your Mac
  2. Go to Settings... (Expenses) → Sync
  3. Click Force push all data to iCloud to make sure your data is on iCloud
  4. Delete the app and reinstall it
  5. Go to Settings... (Expenses) → Sync
  6. Click Force fetch all data from iCloud
