Share Diagnostics
If sync isn’t working as expected, you can copy Diagnostics from the Sync settings and send it to us. Diagnostics helps us understand the current iCloud and sync state without asking you to describe every setting manually.
iOS/iPadOS
- In Expenses, open
Settings→Sync - Open
Diagnostics - Tap
Copy - Send the copied Diagnostics details to us with a short note about what happened
macOS
- In Expenses, open
Settings→Sync - Open
Diagnostics - Click
Copy - Send the copied Diagnostics details to us with a short note about what happened
Please include what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and whether the issue affects one device or multiple devices. If sync is stuck, also check Troubleshooting iCloud Sync.
