Troubleshooting Export

If you see an error when exporting a sheet, try the steps below. For more information, see Troubleshooting iCloud Sync.


iOS/iPadOS

  1. In Expenses, open SettingsSync
  2. Open Diagnostics and check whether there is any warning or error related to iCloud, your Apple Account, or sync status
  3. Tap Force fetch all data from iCloud
  4. Try exporting the sheet again

macOS

  1. In Expenses, open SettingsSync
  2. Open Diagnostics and check whether there is any warning or error related to iCloud, your Apple Account, or sync status
  3. Click Force fetch all data from iCloud
  4. Try exporting the sheet again
